How to add SLIC 2.1 to the Dell N Series (D630) notebook.

a. Unlock SLIC 2.0 (N Series which is the notebook with linux preinstalled has SLIC 2.0 locked)

a1. Make bootable USB disk with DOS installed.
a2. Download svctag 3.4 and copy to bootable USB disk.
a3. Input 'Y" and "Enter" twice to erase service tag.

b. Flash with modified BIOS with SLIC 2.1.
b1. Reboot to windows and flash modified BIOS with SLIC 2.1 (Dell D630 A19).
b2. Reboot and wait for flashing.
b3. Run SLIC dump toolbox to check if the SLIC is 2.1 (Dell M09)
b4. Run svctag again to input the previous service tag.
